Bet1 Terms and Conditions – Clear Rules So You Can Play with Confidence

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between bet1 and each user who accesses, registers for, or uses any service made available by the platform at bet1.express. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the bet1, you expressly and fully agree to all the rules described herein.

The bet1 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with prior notice to users via their registered email address or an in-platform notification. Changes take effect on the date specified in the notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by applicable Brazilian law, including sports betting and consumer protection legislation. The elected jurisdiction for dispute resolution is the court of the user's domicile in Brazil.

To use the services of bet1, the user must:

• At least 18 years of age or older at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid, active CPF;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information in the registration form;
• Hold a bank account or Pix key in your own name, matching the CPF on file;
• Not be listed on any betting prohibition lists issued by competent authorities.

Permitted one registration per CPF only. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the permanent blocking of all accounts involved, with pending balances withheld subject to internal review.

The bet1 may at any time request supporting documents such as proof of identity (national ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of income. Failure to provide these documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

Each account at bet1 is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials. The bet1 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

The user agrees to:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with third parties;
• Immediately notify the support team at bet1 if unauthorized access is suspected;
• Not using the platform for illegal activities, including money laundering or financing of illicit activities;
• Not use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Do not attempt to exploit technical flaws, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Keep your contact details up to date to receive important communications from the bet1.

The bet1 continuously monitors suspicious activity. Accounts displaying unusual betting patterns, signs of systematic bonus arbitrage, or behavior that undermines the integrity of the platform may be suspended pending investigation.

The bet1 accepts the following deposit methods, all operating exclusively in BRL (R$):

• Pix — instant processing, available 24 hours a day including holidays;
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 3 business days after payment;
• Credit or debit card — card networks accepted as indicated on the platform;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — via direct integration with digital wallets;
• TED Transfer — from any Brazilian bank such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary depending on the payment method and the user's VIP level. Deposits are credited to the account balance once payment is confirmed — instantly for Pix and within up to 3 business days for boleto.

All deposits must be made by the user themselves, from a bank account or digital wallet registered in their own name and CPF. The bet1 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made by third parties will be returned to the sender, minus any applicable processing fees, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

The primary withdrawal method at bet1 is the Pix, with a processing time of up to 10 minutes after the request is approved — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. The balance is transferred directly to the Pix key linked to the user's CPF.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30,00. The maximum amount per withdrawal and weekly limits vary according to the user's VIP level. VIP Elite members have personalized limits set in agreement with their dedicated VIP manager.

To process a withdrawal, the user must:

• Having completed the account identity verification (KYC) process;
• Having an available balance composed exclusively of winnings or non-bonus funds;
• Have met all applicable wagering requirements for any bonuses used, where relevant;
• Have made at least one deposit using the same method requested for withdrawal (where applicable).

The bet1 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain amounts, as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. • Bonuses are valid for one use per user, per CPF, and per IP address;
• The wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus must be completed within the timeframe stated in the offer;
• Bets with odds below 1,50 on sports events generally do not count toward bonus rollover requirements — please check the specific terms of the offer;
• Different games may contribute at different rates toward meeting the rollover requirement (e.g., slots 100%, Sports Betting 50%, roulette 10%);
• Bonuses that expire or fail to meet the rollover requirement within the allotted time are automatically canceled;
• The bet1 reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions in cases of abusive use or suspected fraud.

The VIP cashback — from 5% (Bronze) to 20% (Elite) — is calculated on net weekly losses and credited every Monday as real balance, no wagering requirement. This is a benefit that sets itself apart from all other bonuses on the platform: the VIP cashback can be withdrawn immediately after it is credited.

Sports Betting at bet1 cover a wide range of sports, with particular emphasis on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Série B, and state championships), volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, and e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, among others).

General rules applicable to all Sports Betting on the bet1:

• Bets are final once confirmed on the platform — cancellations due to change of mind are not accepted;
• In the event of a cancellation or postponement of an event, the bet1 will follow the sport-specific rules published in the platform's rules center;
• Live (in-play) bets may be temporarily suspended at any time during an event without prior notice, for technical or operational reasons;
• Typographical or pricing errors in odds will be corrected. Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds may be voided at the discretion of bet1;
• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 1.00. The maximum amount per event varies by sport, competition, and selected market;
• Parlay bets (accumulators) are available and winnings are calculated based on the product of the odds for each selection.

The bet1 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts for certain markets, users, or specific events. This limitation does not constitute a breach of these terms and is standard industry practice for risk management.

The casino games available at bet1 — including live casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), slots, poker, crash games, and bingo — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems audited by independent bodies, ensuring fair and tamper-proof results.

Specific rules applicable to casino games:

• Each game has its own set of rules available in the game interface before each round begins;

• In the event of a technical failure during a round, bets may be canceled and the amount returned to the user's balance;

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The court of the user's place of residence is hereby designated as the jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising from the relationship between the user and the bet1, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
